The whole scale from hot to the stuff of nightmares Kristina and Hot Lemon both yellow and have a good deep heat and look great in a mix. A bundle in the upper corner of Basket of fire and Gustavo Purple have been favorites all summer together with the small Thai bird eye chili. More restrictive with barring fruit Naga Jolikia but that pack a lot more heat then the rest together but it can’t hold a candle to the big red and brown fruit of Carolina reaper that it terrible and can make u give up chilies all together if u don’t know before you taste it
After more then a year of work we can at last announce that we are building a Ark. Not the sort that sails alone on the flood but the Ark that saves breeds that are about to be swept away to extinction. Just like a calf takes it’s first steps so are we slowly now at first but by winter we will have a new home ready for our two breeds of cows the Skånsk röd boskap and Granemålako. After 15 years off hard work saving the very last off these breeds we can now double the number of animals we have space for a 150 during winter.
We have consulted the very best when it comes to design that offers the cows maximum comfort, we don’t mutilate our animals by burning of horns or castrations of bulls. That makes us raise the bar when it comes to the layout. We don’t stand alone thanks to our sponsors @vinnatur @kontextvin @fruktstereo your first contribution was vital for all of this and we will be eternally grateful for believing in us. We also received partial funding from the department of agriculture for our work with conservation, sustainability when it comes to nutrition keeping it in the fields and not in our streams. I morgon har vi smakmöte för alla våra andelsbiodlare så man kan komma till gården och hämta sin andel, vi hade ett större möte inplanerat med rundtur och visning av kupa men pga Covid-19 kan vi bara erbjuda en provsmakning av våra olika skördar när du hämtar upp din andel. Vi börjar kl 16:00 och håller på i några timmar adress Lyby 3320 Om inte datumet passar så kan du hämta på REKO ring Limhamn och Malmö på torsdagar om du meddelar oss i förväg tar vi med din andel. Går också att hämta på gården torsdagar efter kl 14:30 om du meddelar i förväg, tyvärr så skickar vi inga andelar
