Before you even taste it you detected the very fresh and strong citrus oil coming from it giving the whole house a fragrance of lemon.
The Buddha hand is grown for its fragrance like a mentioned but also as a offering or purely decoration. It do not handle the cold well and the fruit take a long time to ripen almost 6 months in our case. There’s a few different varieties of this type of citrus some more close others like this with a ring that is open and a closed middle. The harvest this year is two fruits so definitely something we will share now with the family for Christmas
