
Yesterday we delivered a selection order to @selma_copenhagen of all the different varieties that are finished right now, we may have one or two more that are hiding out in the garden but this is almost all of our favorite.
It’s getting too be time to harvest them now so they can mature a bit in the greenhouse before winter.
That also gives us more space in the garden for planting garlic and winter onions, just of with the tarps and on with compost too feed the soil and all our microorganisms that are essential for organic farming.
