Giant hogweed
A very fitting name of one of the most impressive plants I know, it’s one of the fascinating herb you can grow.
It has a lot of super powers like growing flowers 3 m tall giving you the felling of Alice in wonderland walking among them, it also has a very effective defense being photo toxic, if you get it’s sap on your skin and have it exposed to the sun it develop a chemical burn that is very nasty.
If you see it enjoy it at a safe distance and keep your kids away!
It’s a invasive species introduced as a garden plant for its unique appearance, but is now mostly considered a pest and best eradicated when you find it.
We are fighting our with our animals that eat it and digging up all the plants we find.
