Big surprise when I got back home after my delivery round too Malmö and Copenhagen
Tomato greenhouses are empty, clean and move from a new crop.
Our three new interns have really settled in after about a week on the farm and so much of the autumn stuff is done already and we even had time to retry a method on planting potato onions in the fall instead of spring to get a extra early crop.
We have done this before on small scale but now it’s for real and we do a full bed, only thing we are done extra is covering them with a low tunnel to create a slightly warmer climate and cut some of the rain.
