Know where your meat comes from and if you don’t take the vegetables option.

Meat consumption have skyrocketed but not because there are so much more good meat but because there are so much bad meat on the market. Precooked chicken from Thailand where you can’t guarantee food safety with out cooking before export. Or pork from Cyprus that have about 100 time higher use of antibiotics then Sweden

You don’t deserve bad food and your choices give animals a dream life outside with dirt on their snouts or hell inside a concrete box with out seeing daylight
