Autumn apples

Autumn is here and the apple trees are heavy with fruit perfect time to refill the cellar for winter, instead of buy juice we make our own 100% pure.

First the apples are clean crushed before the pulp is put in the press. A big balloon on the inside is connected to our water line and the pressure that builds up forces the pulp to the outer cylinder and the juice comes out through the holes. Left to do is to bottle and pasteurize and the juice will keep with out any additives.
