Some of the varieties that we grow in the garden and they all have something special. The bounty of squash always surprises u during the summer and you come up with new tasty way of preparing them. My personal favorite is still and have for a long time been sliced thin and grilled hard so you have a bit of black on it, some oil and salt 👌 absolute perfection
