The biggest kiwi I know that grows outdoors is at my old university SLU Alnarp

It is a very old example or actually two different kiwi plants a male and a female because kiwi is dioica which means that each plant has a definite sex.

Newer varieties like Jenny are self-pollinating and can pollinate themselves, even if this is true, I’ve only seen really big harvests where you’ve had both male and female plants.

I recommend that you check out Kiwi the next time you visit the park in Alnarp
