Flower sprout in snow
One of the newer types of cabbage that we grow is this cross between kale and brusselsprouts. It takes for ever to grow out but just when you are about too give up on it then it shines. Most stuff is resting in the garden under the snow but these small buds are just possible to harvest now.
Hopefully able too put on our order list in a few weeks
