The pure blood
Breeding season is about to start from our chickens, we now have 12 endangered Swedish heritage breeds. It all started when I was a kid helping my grandmother with picking eggs and guarding the chickens from foxes and hawks. For some of our breeds we are the core flock now being the oldest one having this breed like our Queen Silvia Gold. We where able to track down the very last hen and us it’s color twin QS Silver to restore the breed saving it from extinction. Tomorrow is the big day when we load the incubator with the very first eggs so I’m 21 days we will get the first chicks for the new year, bringing new hope for a new generations
