Apple blossoms
In Japan the cherry blossom is celebrated I think the humble apple is my favorite
I was a kid under apple trees and now as a adult I still enjoy them just as much, I like the diversity and have a lot of favorites. When you have a farm with plenty of space it’s not really a problem at first but now when we hit 300 different varieties it’s starting to be a lot. And also the question what is a variety really, a lot of our trees only exists here and from the unique mother tree where grafting material was collected. This one of a kind apple was greatly loved by the person that originally pland them maybe it was a seedling they found or a local variety not found when inventories were conducted.
