Asparagus potato
One of my absolute favorite spud don’t even look like a potato if even edible. It’s a old Swedish Heritage variety that is incredibly rare too find, you can’t buy it in any shop. If you are lucky and find a grower and they have some too spare guard them well and be a link in the chain that keep them growing and spread them, this is the only way to keep old varieties alive
