Ever try some organic Swedish ginger? Next week is your chance when we start harvesting in the greenhouse.
The fresh ginger is really intense and you can enjoy both the root and stem together with the leaves.

Wasabi In season right now
We are harvesting baby leafs from Sweden’s only organic wasabi producer.
Real wasabi love the cooler time of your being at it’s very best from this time of year until April/May
This year we are also offering something very special for the gourmet lovers out there, after 3 seasons of cultivation we can now harvest our first wasabi stems most classic used in true Japanese sushi.

If u believe in a better future u plant trees
Our walnut trees are producing nuts now and it’s time to start seeding the next generation here on our farm.
The ones that is doing the best are the regular walnuts u find in the shop but also black walnuts and Japanese walnuts together with hybrids between the both.
You need to be fast otherwise the squirrels get them and u have walnuts popping up all over the place.
Together with our own we also got some new stock from my old university same as the last times we increased our grove.
You seed them now and let them freeze so they start sprouting next year.
